Who processes the data

Nano Era Ltd, company number 200920984, registered at ul. Petko Karavelov 9, Varna, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data submitted through this site.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself: company name, contact person, phone, email, project or location, deadline and the description of what you need.

None of the fields is technically mandatory except a phone number or an email — without one of them we cannot reply.

We do not collect or ask for national identity numbers, bank details, health data or any special category of personal data. If you put them in the free-text field, we will ask you to send them by another route.

Legal basis

We process the data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. You send an enquiry; we answer it.

Where we keep notes for follow-up conversations about the same project, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in maintaining the commercial correspondence you started.

Who sees it

The form is submitted through Web3Forms (Zorbis Technologies, acting as processor), which forwards it as an email and does not retain it long term.

Our mail is on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Your message is stored there until deleted.

The site is served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Germany GmbH) as network provider. Cloudflare processes your IP address for the duration of the request in order to deliver the page and protect the origin server.

Beyond these three providers your data goes nowhere. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not lead to work — up to 12 months, then deleted.

Enquiries that led to a contract — for the term of the contract plus the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. No advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no cross-site tracking.

Your browser stores two things locally — the chosen theme (light or dark) and the language. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.

Fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to Google.

Where analytics is enabled it is Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no visitor identifier, aggregate counters only. That is also why there is no consent banner to click away.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

An email to contact@nanoera.eu is enough. We reply within one month.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg.

Changes

On any material change we will update the date at the top. We do not keep an archive of previous versions — ask us if you need one.
