Supply against a BoQ
A line-by-line check and quote: manufacturer, applicable standard, lead time, price, validity and a possible alternative. Differences between the specification and the market are flagged before ordering.
Supply, logistics, equipment and crews — coordinated from one place.
We connect you directly with manufacturers in Europe and Asia, organise delivery to site and, where required, provide crews and equipment. We work from a BoQ, technical specification or plain list of items — from the first feasibility check through to the documents needed for acceptance.
Within 48 hours, we give a first concrete reply on availability, a possible manufacturer and a realistic lead time. The full quote and binding deadline depend on the items, quantities and manufacturer.

There is a whole chain between award and acceptance.
Once the contract is signed, you have to bring materials, paperwork, people and equipment into one schedule. This is where the difficult items surface: no local stock, a price quoted months ago, a manufacturer that will not respond for a small batch, or a missing document that blocks acceptance.
Nano Era coordinates the stretch between the manufacturer, freight, the site and acceptance. You remain the contractor towards the authority; we check what is feasible, negotiate the terms, organise delivery and put the deadlines and scope in writing.
If an item cannot be sourced within the required time, we say so at the start. If an equivalent alternative exists, we state the difference and the reasoning; the decision remains yours.
One difficult item or the complete package.
A line-by-line check and quote: manufacturer, applicable standard, lead time, price, validity and a possible alternative. Differences between the specification and the market are flagged before ordering.
We connect you to the manufacturer and negotiate the terms. We do not buy the goods in order to resell them to you. Where practical, we consolidate orders from different projects.
We assemble and manage general or specialist crews for the project, with a responsible supervisor, weekly schedule and reporting on work performed.
We organise purchase or hire of machinery, tools, consumables and spare parts for the duration of the project.
We coordinate freight, customs clearance, storage, unloading and phased deliveries matched to the work front.
We collect available declarations of performance, certificates, test reports, catalogue data and technical sheets by item. Missing documents are flagged before delivery.
Six steps, each ending in writing.
Send a BoQ, specification, list or photo of a table, together with the deadline and delivery location.

These ranges are for planning only. A binding lead time is provided in a written quote for a specific item and quantity.
Twelve starting points; every item is checked individually.
Each group page lists typical items, standards and documents. If your item is not shown, send it for review.
Clear payment, scope and responsibility.
For the goods, the contract, invoice and payment are between you and the manufacturer. Nano Era negotiates the terms and receives a pre-agreed fee from the manufacturer. There is no separate brokerage charge or mark-up on the agreed price.
Crews, equipment, logistics and other services that we perform directly are described and priced separately. The quote states what is included — for example freight, duty, VAT, unloading or storage. Changes are agreed in writing.
Warranty terms and responsibility are set by the contract for the specific supply; we coordinate communication and claims. Whether our role is supply or subcontracting is agreed in writing from the procurement documents.
We share only necessary information with parties involved in the enquiry and can sign a confidentiality agreement where required.
Four short answers before the first call.
Both. Send one difficult item or the full list. If an order is too small to be commercially practical, we will say so after reviewing it.
A BoQ, specification, list or photo of a table, plus the real deadline and delivery location. If you have a link to the procurement in Bulgaria's national system, include it too.
Yes. Give us the real deadline so that we can judge which manufacturer and supply channel are feasible. We do not promise a date that cannot be met.
Yes. We organise delivery to sites across Bulgaria. Freight to the specific site is stated in the quote.
Send files directly by email.
The items, real deadline and delivery location are enough to begin. Have a file ready? Email it to contact@nanoera.eu. If you do not yet have a BoQ or specification, describe the requirement in the form.
