Supplies

Every line arrives with the document the committee asks for.

HVAC and building services

Equipment with long lead times and ecodesign requirements that keep moving. Deciding early is worth more here than negotiating a discount.

What we supply

If your item is not on the list, send it anyway — the list is a guide, not a limit.

What is in this group?

Air conditioning systems
split, multi-split, VRF, chillers
Ventilation units
with heat recovery, roof-mounted and in-duct
Ductwork and fittings
galvanised, spiral and rectangular
Heat emitters
radiators, convectors, underfloor heating
Boilers and heat pumps
gas, pellet, air-to-water, water-to-water
Pipework systems
copper, steel and multilayer for heating and cooling
Controls
thermostats, controllers, sensors
Standards

The standard in the BoQ decides what can and cannot be delivered.

Which standards prove conformity?

We check which standard is written into the contract documents and confirm in writing that what we propose meets it. Where the written requirement does not exist on the market in that form, we say so before ordering, not after delivery.

Directive 2009/125/EC and Regulation (EU) 2016/2281
Ecodesign of air heating and cooling products — sets minimum seasonal efficiency.
Regulation (EU) 517/2014
Fluorinated greenhouse gases — restricts refrigerants and requires certified technicians.
BDS EN 1505 / EN 1506
Ductwork — rectangular and circular, dimensions and tolerances.
BDS EN 442
Radiators and convectors — heat output and testing.
BDS EN 14511
Air conditioners and heat pumps — testing and rating.
Documents

A missing document is declared missing.

Which documents does the acceptance committee receive?

  • EU declaration of conformity
  • Energy label and class under the applicable regulation
  • Technical data sheet with duties and operating points
  • Declaration of refrigerant type and charge

The documents arrive with the goods, organised line by line. We do not go looking for them once the committee asks.

Lead times

Indicative. A binding deadline is given only in a written quote.

Europe or Asia — which makes sense for this group?

Europe

Speed and documentation

Typical lead time
4–10 weeks for standard equipment; VRF systems and configured air handling units are often beyond 12 weeks and need reserving early.

Asia

Price and volume

When it makes sense
Applicable to ductwork, fittings, grilles and diffusers. For machines and controls we recommend the European channel because of service and spare parts availability.
Getting started

What should you send to get a quote?

  • The design specification with duties
  • The ductwork schedule by size
  • Refrigerant requirements, if specified
  • The date the equipment must be on site
Send the items and you will get a concrete answer within 48 hours. We charge the contractor nothing — our margin sits with the manufacturer. Send an enquiry
