Supplies

Every line arrives with the document the committee asks for.

IT and office equipment

A category where specifications go out of date between the tender notice and the delivery. If the named model is no longer produced, we say so immediately and propose an equivalent with a written comparison.

Standards

The standard in the BoQ decides what can and cannot be delivered.

Which standards prove conformity?

We check which standard is written into the contract documents and confirm in writing that what we propose meets it. Where the written requirement does not exist on the market in that form, we say so before ordering, not after delivery.

Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS)
Restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE)
Waste electrical and electronic equipment — take-back and recovery obligations.
Regulation (EU) 2019/424
Ecodesign requirements for servers and data storage products.
BDS EN 62368-1
Audio, video and information technology equipment — safety.
Directive 2014/30/EU
Electromagnetic compatibility.
Documents

A missing document is declared missing.

Which documents does the acceptance committee receive?

  • EU declaration of conformity
  • Manufacturer warranty card valid in Bulgaria
  • Proof of registration under the WEEE ordinance
  • A technical data sheet evidencing compliance with every point of the specification

The documents arrive with the goods, organised line by line. We do not go looking for them once the committee asks.

Lead times

Indicative. A binding deadline is given only in a written quote.

Europe or Asia — which makes sense for this group?

Europe

Speed and documentation

Typical lead time
2–6 weeks for stock configurations. Servers and configured equipment — 6–12 weeks.

Asia

Price and volume

When it makes sense
We do not recommend it for this group. Manufacturer warranty and local service outweigh the price difference, and on a contract with a warranty period that is decisive.
Getting started

What should you send to get a quote?

  • The technical specification from the contract documents
  • Whether equivalents are permitted
  • Warranty and response-time requirements
  • Delivery location and deadline
Send the items and you will get a concrete answer within 48 hours. We charge the contractor nothing — our margin sits with the manufacturer. Send an enquiry
