Supplies

Every line arrives with the document the committee asks for.

Personal protective equipment and workwear

A small line in the budget and a large one at inspection. Category II and III PPE requires a notified body certificate — not simply a CE mark printed on the label.

Standards

The standard in the BoQ decides what can and cannot be delivered.

Which standards prove conformity?

We check which standard is written into the contract documents and confirm in writing that what we propose meets it. Where the written requirement does not exist on the market in that form, we say so before ordering, not after delivery.

Regulation (EU) 2016/425

BDS EN 397
Industrial safety helmets.
BDS EN ISO 20345
Safety footwear — classes S1, S1P, S2, S3.
BDS EN 388
Protective gloves against mechanical risks — the four-digit code on the palm.

High-visibility clothing — classes 1, 2 and 3.
BDS EN 361

Documents

A missing document is declared missing.

Which documents does the acceptance committee receive?

  • EU declaration of conformity
  • EU type-examination certificate from a notified body for categories II and III
  • Instructions for use in Bulgarian — required by the regulation
  • Marking with the applicable standard on the item itself

The documents arrive with the goods, organised line by line. We do not go looking for them once the committee asks.

Lead times

Indicative. A binding deadline is given only in a written quote.

Europe or Asia — which makes sense for this group?

Europe

Speed and documentation

Typical lead time
1–3 weeks for standard stock items. Branding with the company logo adds 1–2 weeks.

Asia

Price and volume

When it makes sense
Suits large quantities of workwear and footwear. For fall protection and respiratory protection we insist on the European channel — there the document and the quality are not negotiable.
Getting started

What should you send to get a quote?

  • The item list with sizes and quantities
  • The required classes and standards
  • Whether branding is needed
  • The date the crews must be equipped
Send the items and you will get a concrete answer within 48 hours. We charge the contractor nothing — our margin sits with the manufacturer. Send an enquiry
